Report

Submit a fraud notification

Help notify other professionals about suspected fraud in your market. Reporting requires a verified AWARE account — we do not accept anonymous public submissions on this marketing site.

How reporting works

Structured alerts for your county

Real reports are filed inside the signed-in app — from property search, quick report, or an incident workspace — not through a public web form.

Sign in as a verified member

Fraud reporting is limited to approved industry professionals. Register with your company profile and service counties, or sign in if you already have access.

Start from property search or a case

Open property intelligence for the address or parcel, or continue an existing incident workspace. AWARE links reports to the parcel graph when addresses, APNs, or parties match.

File a structured notification

Describe the fraud type, parties, and evidence. You can broadcast to vetted peers in the same county while keeping your identity confidential when appropriate.

Peers receive county-level alerts

Members monitoring that county see the alert in their dashboard and can open the shared workspace to collaborate before closing or funding.
